With Ukraine’s independence in 1991, new connections with the country across the globe have begun to be made and existing ones strengthened.  Studying Ukrainian—the second largest Slavic language—provides a window through which to discover, understand, and appreciate the unique culture of a land historically sandwiched between the Austro-Hungarian, the Ottoman, and the Russian empires. CityU is proud to present the one-and-only online program for the studying of the Ukrainian language.
