The teachers and staff introduce you to English in an engaging and active way so you gain the confidence to use it outside of school. You will find students from different countries as well as many Americans studying other languages, so there are opportunities to meet new friends and practice English. WAL is located next to Seattle Pacific University and along the beautiful Lake Washington Ship Canal. Downtown Seattle is 10 minutes away by bus, so you can enjoy the area's many attractions.
